Any damaged item will be replaced by the exact same item. If personalized, by the exact same personalization. Custom engraved, embroidered and/or personlized items are not returnable. Orders refused or returned without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges plus re-ship charges and a 25% re-stocking fee if the merchandise is returned to stock.
