Your Wedding Cake Celebrate your first anniversary with a piece of your wedding cake. To do so, you need to Encase the top layer securely in plastic wrap. Follow by securely enclosing it in aluminum foil. Do not use just aluminum foil because it can leave the cake tasting metallic. To keep the original flavor of the cake, store the cake in the back of the freezer where the temperature remains constant. Your Bridal Bouquet You can preserve your wedding flowers by drying them, turning them into potpourri or individually pressing them within the pages of a heavy book. To properly preserve a bouquet,you must begin the drying process even before you leave on your honeymoon. If you leave immediately after the wedding you should make arrangement with a specialist like Jerry Williams to have it done for you. You'll be glad you did. 
Bridal Garters Purchase two identical garters. one to toss and the other to keep.  Your Unity Candle You celebrated your union with a unity candle. Why not make it a tradition to celebrate each anniversary with a candle light dinner using your unity candle? Oh, you want it to be a keepsake and you do not want it to melt and be gone forever. No problem! When you first light your pillar Unity candle, let it burn for about 21/2 to 3 hours and extinguish it. You have just created a well large enough to house a tea light. Insert a tea light in the well. When you are ready to celebrate your anniversary, light the tea light and the original Unity candle will stay un harmed.
