Will I be charged sales tax?
California Residents will have 71/2% Sales tax added to their Shopping Cart total. Shoppers from other states will not be charged any tax.

This guarantees that you are thoroughly protected while you shop at A-wedding Day. In fact, our shopping cart is so highly secure that occasionally credit card numbers get overly encrypted and do not show up. (This is why we request that you double check the confirmation page and if you notice that your credit card number is missing, click on the back button and re-enter it.)
Once we recieve it, we don't clear your credit/debit card on-line. All credit/debit card charges are entered manually.
Aside from your credit card number our security net encrypts all of your personal information, name, address, phone number and Email so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
Additionally, we will never send your Credit Card number by e-mail or any other unencrypted transmission, nor will we sell or give your information in whole or on part to any third party or organization.

What Shipping Options do you offer?
A-wedding Day will ship some products from our facility with the US Postal Service. Other Items will come to you FOB from the manufacturer, directly to you. Most manufacturers ship by either UPS or FedEx.
We pay all shipping costs within the Continental USA on all sales over $100.00 before tax (CA residents) and shipping.

However, at A-wedding Day, you may not need to worry about it. We pay shipping within the CONTINENTAL USA on all orders totalling $100 or more before taxes and shipping. This means, more savings for you!

Do you offer a guarantee?
Any damaged item will be replaced by the exact same item. Any engraved or embroidered or otherwise personalized item will be replaced by the exact same personalization, corrected. Custom engraved, embroidered and/or personlized items are not returnable. Orders refused or returned without prior authorization will be subject to all freight charges plus re-ship charges and a 25% re-stocking fee if the merchandise is returned to stock. (This is the charge imposed on us by our suppliers.)
What is your return policy?
We at A-wedding Day stand behind our products and they are 100% satisfaction guaranteed.*
If you are not completely satisfied with your order just call us. We may at our discression send a replacement or issue you a return code. You must follow the guidelines to be reimbursed for the purchase price of the merchandise less any shipping charges.
Return Guidelines
Inspect the merchandise that you have received thoroughly and note any discrepancies or damage.
Contact A-wedding Day IMMEDIATELY and tell us what the problem is.
If we do not choose to replace the item, Request a return code.
Send us the items so we have them within 2 weeks of the date you received them.
Wrap the package securely.
Post the Return Code in large letters/numbers on each package.
Before sending the items make sure that they and the packaging are in their original - brand new conditions. We will refuse all damaged packages.)
For security reasons unidentifiable packages will be refused.
We DO NOT refund shipping charges and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our mistake.
Personalized items can NOT be returned unless they are damaged or we made an error in the engraving or personalization.
We track our orders and will not honor returns arriving more than 2 weeks after delivery date.
A-wedding Day may refuse any returned items where these posted guidelines were not followed.
and/or may impose a 25% restocking fee.

We pride ourselves by being available to our customers. When you call, real people answer the phone. We do have a 'generic' answering machine so you can just leave a massage and we'll call you back. When calling A-wedding Day or Gan Publishing, you'll not be led by an answering aparatus leading you from one department to another. You'll speak with a real live person.
