What others say about
A-wedding Day

Just wanted to let you know I received the second red rose wedding album. Nande was such a help with this order, it's almost unbelievable. This is the kind of customer service you rarely find these days... I think you actually lost money on my order, but know that you have a loyal customer for life. I will be sure to tell everybody I know that you stand by your word and will go to whatever measure is possible to keep your customers 100% satisfied!

Aloha and Mahalo
(thank you)!
Kristina, Hawaii

I have received my order from you. Thank you for all of your help assuring me that it was going to get here. You know how brides to be are--nervous --worrying. Everything looks great. I will definitely recommend you guys to anyone I know looking for wedding stuff.
Thank you so much!
Erryn Schwach

Wedding Planning Shared by Bride and Groom

Congratulations! You are engaged to be married and are looking forward with anticipation, to your dream wedding. Your wedding is the union of two loving people.
It is very personal and should be planned by both of you. To really be your wedding, it should reflect on your individual choices, personalities and interests.
Your first step after announcing your engagement is to obtain a special wedding planning folder.

For precise information go to
http://www.2.a-weddingday.com/weddings/weddingplanningorganizer.html
and read the article
WEDDING PLANNING SO SIMPLE! WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF IT?

Take a deep breath and prepare for the new, time consuming fun experience, of planning your wedding.
As you do, remember that you are two individuals with common, as well as different backgrounds, tastes and interests.
Be spontaneous, flexible and accommodating to each other, and planning your wedding will be an exhilarating experience.

Start planning your wedding as soon after the engagement as possible. This allows you to:

  • take your time, brain storm and leisurely discuss your needs and desires,
  • Work within your budget more effectively by stretching your buying time.
  • prevent and correct any errors,
  • deal with delays,
  • handle any possible mishaps,
  • have fun and enjoy planning your wedding rather than stress over it.

    Are you ready?

  • Set the DATE and the TIME of year and time of day for your wedding.
  • Choose your WEDDING STYLE. It can range form a classic, elegant and glitzy      black tie affair to a picnic in a park.
Incorporate the setting, the colors, the music, the wedding theme etc... that reflect      both of your personalities and interests.
  • Set a realistic, workable WEDDING BUDGET that can range from a few hundred      to thousands of dollars. Find out if, how and how much, your families intend to
         contribute.
Open a joint wedding specific checking account and get a credit card designated
         to only wedding expenses.
  • Decide upon your WEDDING SIZE. This depends mostly on your budget.
The number of guests you plan to invite should not exceed your set budget.
  • Determine your WEDDING LOCATION.
Will yours be local, or a destination wedding?
  • Choose the WEDDING VENU(S) for both, the wedding ceremony and the reception.
  • Select an OFFICIANT who will perform your marriage ceremony.
  • Choose your WEDDING PARTY. It should include any or all of the following:
Your parents, a best man, a maid of honor, groom's men, bride's maids, a ring
bearer boy or girl and a flower girl or boy.
  • Start brainstorming about your HONEYMOON destination too.

    Go to

A WEDDING TIMETABLE WILL HELP IN PLANNING

Having the major components agreed upon and marked, and before attempting to contact wedding professionals, vendors and service providers, place your priorities in your special wedding planning folder.
    Write down everything that is
    Very important - urgent,
Less important - allows for flexibility
Least important - most adaptable for changes and compromises.

For example: Very important - urgent might be the:

  • Date
  • Budget
  • Location of ceremony - location of reception
  • Size of guest list
  • Offificiant - Clergy
  • A specific wedding vendor or service provider
  • Time of year time of day

Having prioritized, put together your wedding information and a list of questions and requests, to present to the wedding professionals, vendors andservice provider.

Of secondary important - less urgent but needs time to organize, yet can be flexible, might be the:

  • Attire
  • Menu and Beverages
  • Florist
  • Cake
  • Photographer - videographer
  • Invitations
  • Musicians
  • Wedding day help - before, during and after the wedding.

Least important - Most acceptable for flexibility, changes and compromises.

  • Wedding day schedule
  • Readings at ceremony
  • Music selection
  • Final flower selection
  • Gifts for family and wedding attendants
  • A wedding gift from the bride to the groom
  • A wedding gift from the groom to the bride
  • Wedding favors
  • Centerpieces
  • Reception seating arrangements
